MinuteBuyer has developed an in-house billing and analysis tool. Our billing engine produces a series of Management Reports, designed to meet the requirements of a specific Client.

As an example, the following reports can be made available, to increase the level of understanding and control exercised in relation to the overall telecommunications usage.

Cost Analysis by Division / Location / on Business Unit.

  1. Overall Expenditure by Division - by charge category, outbound call charges, line rentals, equipment rentals. This will be built up to identify trends.
  2. Expenditure by each unit.

Performance Reports on Calls.

  1. High Cost Calls by unit.
  2. Premium Rate Calls by cost centre.
  3. International Calls by cost centre.
  4. Outside Hours.
  5. Frequent Dialled Calls.

Our management information service ensures all data is provided in a user-friendly manner that adds value and control to the overall management of telecommunication expenditure.

Costs areas will be clarified, parameters will be set and potential misuse will be highlighted with suggestions as to how best to minimise such problems. The management information will also allow our clients to set future budget forecasting.
